Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 ( depending on experience and qualifications )
Reporting: MD
Location: Hampshire / Hybrid ( 3 days in the office)

VisionFR has received a lovely role for a Head of Operations & Finance working in a growing SME creative agency based in Hampshire, reporting to the MD. The Head of Operations & Finance will look after the financials and guide the financial strategy and operations of the business. This role will be supported by a part time Finance Assistant.
Responsibilities of the Head of Operations & Finance
Oversee financial, compliance and strategic panning
Lead the budgeting process
Monitor expenses & costs
Manage cash flow forecasting
Prepare regular reports for the Board including recommendations
Manage/Oversee the IT function
Collaborate with functional Heads to align finances with goals and expectations
Resource allocation and project management
Help develop a freelance network
Identify opportunities for pricing decisions and strategies to enhance profit margins
Develop risk management strategies
Improve the operations & Systems within the agency without damaging the creative culture
Key skills of the Head Operations & Finance
Qualified Accountant Ideally ( or Qualified By Experience)
Min of 5 years experience of working in a creative agency within operations/ finance functions
Experienced in setting Finance Forecasts/ Budgets
Proven track record of implementing processes
Good operational skills
Strong Excel Skills
Knowledge of Xero
Great communication skills
Abiliity to talk finance to non finance people
Strong Business partnering
Empethy and a softness to work withing a close Knit creative team
Happy to work in the office 3 days a week
