We are seeking a creative and results-driven YouTube Channel Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and driving greater viewership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all content.
Ideate ideas for videos concepts
YouTube Thumbnail Design Strategy:
Conceptualise and implement effective thumbnail design strategies to increase click-through rates (CTRs) and video visibility.
Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to keep thumbnails visually appealing and engaging.
Video Analytics and Optimisation:
Utilise YouTube analytics tools to assess video performance, audience demographics, and viewer behaviour.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content for better engagement and reach.
SEO and Keywords Optimisation:
Conduct thorough keyword research to enhance video discoverability and ranking on YouTube.
Implement SEO best practices to improve video visibility in search results and related content recommendations.
Audience Engagement:
Foster audience interaction and community growth by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
Implement strategies to increase subscriber count, likes, shares, and overall engagement metrics.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication:
Work closely with the creative team, video production team, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive content strategy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a YouTube Marketing Manager or a similar role.
