Role Summary
To provide support across Recruitment, Systems & Payroll, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and will be able to work with a generalist approach to the different functions within the People Team.
Role Responsibilities
Perform a variety of professional and administrative human resources activities
Provide note taking support to our Employee Relations function
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Work alongside the L&D team to ensure induction materials are up to date, deliver courses where required and maintain our Learning Management System
Support the Recruitment team in the management of vacancies, RTW checks and supplier audits
Provide advisory support to the business
Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times.

Ability to communicate at all levels
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Very strong customer focus
Self-starter able to multi-task
Excellent attention to detail
Is pro-active and takes accountability
Min 2 Years HR/People Team experience at advisor level
Competencies
Ability to solve problems and find solutions within suggested frameworks
Ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs
To undertake project work as required
Efficient use of Microsoft word and excel to update any appropriate documents/reports
