Compliance Mastery: Ensure full adherence to lending and regulatory guidelines.

Success Metrics

Revenue Enhancement: Drive income growth from both existing and new accounts, as measured by Fees Income and Volumes.

Business Exploration: Proactively seek and cultivate new business opportunities.

Meeting KPIs: Fulfil Key Performance Indicators as outlined by the Sales Director.

Effective Cross-Selling: Meet cross-sales objectives across all product categories.

Collaborative Engagement: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the Sales division's success.
