Coders Connect has partnered with a leading software consulting firm based in the UK, with a development center in Brazil and operations across Europe and the US, outsourcing technical solution skills to their clients . The company has been dedicated to driving innovation and digital transformation, leveraging its strong business culture and exceptional engineering talent, along with advanced business insights.
They are seeking a Sales Manager to drive the foundation for this function in the business as well as work closely with the strategies of the Marketing and Communications Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company's objectives;
Identify market opportunities and trends to boost sales growth;
Build and maintain robust client relationships and seek new business partnerships;
Analyze sales performance data for strategic adjustments;
Work collaboratively with departments like marketing and product development for an integrated approach;
Regularly report on sales activities, goals achieved, and encountered challenges.
Using your technical acumen and understanding of Outsourcing services to elevate the company to new heights.
Essential Qualifications:
Proven track record as a sales manager, preferably in software outsourcing services;
Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
Skilled in analyzing sales data and understanding market trends;
In-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and market;
Results-driven, with a history of surpassing sales targets;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
Ability to work in a hybrid manner in London.
Desirable Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience;
Experience with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;
Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
Strong leadership qualities, proactivity, market insight, and a results-focused approach.
