CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - Fixed Term Contract

We are working with a fantastic company based in York city centre who are looking for Customer Service Executives to join their friendly team.
£24,380.
Starting ASAP.
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
One full weekend a month with a day off in lieu.
The purpose of this position is to deliver a first-rate experience to our customers!
Your key responsibilities are to:
Be the first point of contact for customers when they require support before and whilst on tour.
Answer both inbound and make outbound calls to existing customers and responding to email enquiries.
Issuing booking confirmations.
Processing web bookings.
Resolving queries.
Supporting the administration of holiday cancellations.
Discussing other available options with customers.
Booking UK rail and hotel requirements to enhance the customers’ experience.
Arranging visas.
Carrying out mobility checks to ensure customers’ mobility expectations are met.
Key skills needed for the role:
Proven experience of working in a customer service environment.
Strong desire and passion to deliver an amazing customer experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to quickly develop strong relationships.
Able to work to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to demonstrate an engaging and enthusiastic interest in travel.
Creative in solving problems.
Good time management and prioritisation skills.
