Key Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis related to patent infringement, validity, and enforcement issues
Assisting with the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute litigation strategies
Participating in all stages of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution
Providing timely and accurate advice to clients on legal matters related to intellectual property rights
Qualifications:
Qualified to practice in England & Wales
Newly qualified or up to 2 years of post-qualification experience in patent litigation
A STEM degree will be highly desirable but not essential
Demonstrated interest in intellectual property law, with a focus on life sciences and/or technology
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
