G2 Legal is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Patent Litigation Solicitor with NQ to 3 years of PQE to join our client's dynamic legal team. This role will primarily focus on handling Patent Litigation matters with a specific emphasis on cases related to the High Court and UPC.

Key Responsibilities:
Patent Litigation: Manage and support patent litigation cases from inception to resolution, with a primary focus on High Court and UPC Matters
Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis, and due diligence to build strong case strategies and stay updated on the latest developments in patent law, especially as they relate to the High Court
Drafting and Filing: Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and responses, and manage case-related correspondence
Case Management: Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to efficiently manage case workloads and deadlines
Negotiation: Engage in negotiations, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) efforts when appropriate
Client Development: Contribute to business development efforts by maintaining client relationships, participating in pitches, and identifying opportunities for new cases
Qualifications:
NQ to 3 years of PQE in patent litigation, with a strong preference for candidates with a focus on High Court matters
Previous experience in Life Sciences
Excellent academics
In-depth knowledge of patent law and litigation procedures
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
