Opportunity:
As a Quality Engineer you will ensure top-notch assistance for both internal and external customers from project initiation all the way through PPAP submission and approval.
Key Skills:
Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements
Proficient in Root Cause Analysis techniques (8D)
Skilled in Internal Auditing procedures
Proficiency with Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC & MSA
Experience in IMDS Submissions
Proficient in utilizing various measuring equipment such as micrometers, vernier calipers, thread gauges, hardness testers, etc.
Participation in Teams calls with customers for Technical Reviews and APQP activities
Responsibilities:
Review supplier-submitted PPAPs and ISIRs
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding supply issues
Manage Non-Conformance by initiating returns notes, etc.
Act as the Quality liaison for both internal and external customers
Generate and oversee Corrective Action Reports (CARs)
Perform parts inspection according to customer drawings or international standards
Utilise Keyence Digital Imaging Machine (comprehensive training provided)
Monitor calibration for group measuring equipment
