Our client is a leading company in the Aerospace industry with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, they are seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality from supply chain to customer delivery.
Support product conformance programs and improvements.
Implement quality strategy developed by leadership.
Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Drive business improvements from data analysis and stakeholder inputs.
Develop supply chain for 100% quality and delivery using Lean, RCCA, FMEA, etc.
Provide quality guidance to the value stream.
Lead RCCA events following 8D methodology.
Lead FMEA activities in assigned value stream.
Qualify to lead audits to AS9100 standard.
Drive robust quality clinics.
Collect and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.
Facilitate continuous improvement activities.
Interface with external customers, ensuring needs are met.
Interface with external supply base, ensuring needs are met.
Work with suppliers to develop robust processes.
Assist in customer and regulatory audits.
