Role: People Operations Coordinator
Contract : 3 month initial

Location: West London - 4 days in the office, Friday working from home
The role: The People Operations Coordinator will support our clients efforts to create a world-class positive experience for their employees, right through the employee life cycle. The role will support the people team in completing transactional activities to ensure their systems are accurate and updated within deadlines, executing comprehensive and effective processes to ensure an impactful employee experience.
Day to day you will:
Oversee the background checking processes and ensuring candidates have the suitable Right to Work/Visa documentation
Manage the full employee life cycle including onboarding, various HR administrative tasks, off boarding
Ensuring candidates are set up on the HRIS system prior to their start date and key documentation is filed for their first day
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR Policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the overall employee experience
Addressing the queries of employees through the Service Now ticketing system, ensure all tickets are allocated to relevant functions and responded to promptly
Manage and maintain all people systems and platforms, ensure accuracy of data input
Ensure all payroll changes are implemented by monthly payroll deadlines
Manage the pension administration, for payroll and pension provider
Process all HR team invoices, maintaining the invoice tracker including reconciliation tasks
About you:
Administrative experience preferably within a HR/Payroll team, within a fast-paced environment
You are organised and passionate about ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently whilst having impeccable attention to detail
You can balance multiple conflicting priorities and have good time management skills with an interest in technology to improve processes
The confidence to build relationships with candidates, employees and internal partners
An analytical mindset with great problem solving abilities
Demonstrate experience of working in a rapidly changing environment
Maintain a high tolerance of ambiguity and offer a flexible approach
Apply critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills to cut through complexity
Good knowledge of employment law and strong previous experience of applying knowledge when providing day to day advice

Working knowledge of Workday or other HRIS software, ideally cloud-based tools
Experience of implementing improvements to HR processes and policies, aiming to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience
