Communicating on a regular basis on the performance of the business, successes, concerns, any issues and support needs.
To circulate throughout all areas of the business maintaining a high profile with customers and staff
To ensure that profit margins are maintained, and agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control systems and sales analysis.
