Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Trainer/Instructor to join our small and dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive training programs in non-destructive testing methods to both new and returning students. As an Trainer/Instructor at Array Training, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients who seek our expertise in NDT.
Main Responsibilities:
- Tutoring courses to our students.
- Supervising and providing guidance to students in practical and theory training.
- Grading/Marking of student theory and practical assessments at the end of the each day.
- Ensure all training samples in your approved NDT method is rotated and used effectively.
- Conduct student counselling when/if required.
- Manage equipment specific to your approved NDT method and ensuring that damaged, faulty, out of calibration or otherwise unsuitable equipment is quarantined and brought to the Training Managers attention.
- Ensuring paperwork and practical area for courses/training is prepared in advance, seeking assistance from the Course Tutor(s) when/if required.
- The housekeeping and security of approved NDT method area(s).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
