Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add an Instructor to their team on a permanent basis. You will be based in Aberdeen.
This role would suit candidates who have experience previous Instructor experience, or candidates who have experience in a Fabric Maintenance environment who is comfortable at delivering training to small groups.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.15pm
Salary: £32K – £37K
Daily Duties –
Deliver Blaster/Sprayer, Fireproofing and Train the Painter courses
Support customers during course delivery and gain feedback following course completion
Communicate information clearly, clarifying details and explain reasoning for specific actions
Participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events
Have technical input to new courses, training standards and customer meetings
Provide support to trainee and existing Instructors and Assessors
Candidate Requirements –
Relevant qualifications e.g. Blaster Sprayer, Fireproofing, Insulation and Train the Painter
Previous experience where you’ve been responsible for training employees or apprentices
Ability to communicate effectively to provide technical coaching and guidance
Driving Licence
