Pensions Administration Manager
Alexander Lloyd is in partnership with one of the UK’s fast growing Pensions Administration firms, with an excellent reputation from clients and employees alike. We are recruiting for a Pensions Administration Manager to join the business on a permanent basis and be part of the exciting growth they are enjoying. This opportunity is a hybrid position and will be aligned to the Birmingham office, our client offers a hybrid working arrangement with lots of flexibility on top.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Administration team for a Defined Benefit (mainly) and Defined Contribution Schemes, monitoring the team’s performance & delivery, as well as supporting the team with training and professional development. Furthermore, the Pensions Administration Manager will support / manage the delivery of routine projects such as Scheme Events.

Experience Required:
