Job Description
Our client is seeking a Front of House member to joint the customer experience team. Your role will be to provide exceptional levels of service to tenants in a commercial environment along with visitors and partners. We welcome those who can deliver a personalised reception and build long lasting memorable connections. You will be covering multiple sites giving a varied work pattern.
Key responsibilities
Doing the basics exceptionally well day in day out
Delivering a warm and bespoke invite for all guests and colleagues
Be fanatical out presentation
Handle email and telephone enquiries professionally
Ensure follow up actions are completed for any outstanding request or complaint
Adhere to company processes for data management and visitor logs
Be an advocate for continuous improvement
Assist with training and development of the team
Support the Facilities team
Qualification and Requirements
Have experience in a similar reception / front of house role
Be a clear and concise communicator
Be confident in demanding environments while maintaining relationships
Have the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service and high quality work
Basic IT / phone skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Experience dealing confidently with senior-level staff
Salary
Up to £31,500, Depending on experience
