As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing property sales transactions from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximising sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
Negotiate sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
Handle inquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
Give regular feedback to our vendors and buyers.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
