Scope of Role:
Working within a busy environment, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls and written communications, which must be approached in a polite and efficient way to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
Operating Hours:37.5 hours per week Flexibility is required at times; however, you will normally be required to work the following hours:
35 hour week Monday - Friday working across three shifts 8 a- 4 pm ,9-5 ,10-6 Saturdays 9am - 12 pm in a rotational basis
