Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced People and Culture Manager to support our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company culture and business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment activities, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing across various positions within the company, to align with our commitment as a Disability Confident Leader.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and legal standards.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
Coordinate performance management procedures, including goal establishment, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Administer employee benefits programs, encompassing healthcare, pension, and wellness initiatives.
Facilitate training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and skill advancement.
Maintain HR records while ensuring adherence to data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
Supervise employee relations, offering guidance on issues, conflict resolution, and, when necessary, disciplinary measures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
Demonstrated HR management experience, with a focus on employee relations and culture development.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software tools for efficient data management and reporting.
Interest or experience in developing inclusive recruitment and retention policies and procedures.
