To be considered for this role, it is essential that candidates are fluent in German both written & spoken and fluent in English.
Based in the Customer Services department, you will provide a high level of customer service and support whilst utilising your language skills to maximise the customer experience.
You will have proven experience of working in a fast-paced customer service role, where you have been responsible for processing orders, solving customer queries whilst complying with the documentary requirements for the export market, any knowledge/understanding of export documentation would be an advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given.
Basic salary £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience plus staff discounts, excellent benefits and career development.

You will possess excellent communication skills with a confident, pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to work in a team but also being able to use your initiative.
Excellent MS Office and data entry skills
Proven customer service and sales order processing experience.
Ability to assimilate and retain information and quick to learn.
Enthusiastic, confident with a desire to strive towards continuous improvement.
Able to work to processes, standards, and procedures.
Duties
You will be responsible receiving and making telephone calls using your German ensuring all calls are dealt with professionally
Processing orders received via telephone, fax, and email onto ERP systems, ensuring the customer details and ordered products are accurately entered and confirmations of orders are sent to customers.
Responding to and solving customer problems / queries / complaints, accurately detailing all communication and activity on the Infor CRM system.
Processing of customer returns and credits.
You will support and liaise the sales team with regards to queries relating to customer details, display products and inputting of orders.
You will liaise with various departments such as warehouse, carriers with reference to distribution, freight forwarders to obtain transport quotes and book freight.
Ensure all correct export shipping documentation is obtained and filed electronically on the shipping document system to provide an accurate audit trail and ensure customer data using a CRM System is up-to-date and complete.
Assist the credit control department by highlighting any issues with customer accounts and contact customers to resolve, translate and check translations for various departments such as marketing, goods-in and purchasing.
Complete day to day administration and attend various internal meetings and product training.
