Role Overview:

About You:
Experienced in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proven track record as an HR Business Partner focused on business partnering.
Exceptional relationship-building, coaching, and communication skills.
Strong employee relations experience with the ability to constructively challenge stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive HR strategies.
CIPD qualified.
Flexible Working:
You’ll primarily work remotely across store locations in the South region, with one flexible day per week at Head Office in Hertfordshire.
Salary up to £65,000 | Plus Car
