What you will offer..... Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably from a healthcare sector with an understanding of CQC and Ofsted inspections

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Capability in creating a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion, and collaboration among employees.
