A leading Food brand in London is creating a new role for someone to lead and drive the growth of multiple categories within the OOH channel. This role will be based in the London head office 3 days per week.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role will be responsible for winning new managing key food service and wholesale customers including Bidfood and Brakes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of wining and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in these channels, as well as a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities associated with each one.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your channel

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customers and new product lines

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed of industry developments and identify potential opportunities for growth

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure effective and efficient execution of sales strategies

· Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

· Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns

About You:

· Prior experience of selling FMCG goods into the Food Service / OOH channel with proven experience of winning major new business

· Experience of working with Bidfood and Brakes

· Proven track record of developing and managing successful customer relationships

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders

· Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
