Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering professional and knowledgeable client support for complex and escalated issues and play a key role in new and exciting projects.
Required
5+ years' experience in an IT support role
M365 Administration
Hyper-V and VMware experience
Strong Active Directory and Group Policy Object experience
Professional vendor certifications (MTA, MCSA, MCSE, VCA, CCNA or above)
DNS - internal & external management
Car and license
Networking firewalls & switching
Desired

MSP background

Role: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid: 2 days per week on-site (Monday and Wednesday)
