Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a Call Centre Manager for a Luxury brand based in central London.
You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of this client services office, making sure there is effective cover for volume of enquiries, ensuring the quality of service levels as well as office culture meet high standards set out in company values.

Main Duties Call Centre Manger
Coaching and mentoring direct reports and setting KPIs
Reporting on daily weekly and monthly call, sale, and complaint figures.
Reviewing staff performance and set goals and training plans.
Liaise with different departments and stakeholders to communicate any issues or suggestions for improving service.
Developing new strategies to improve service and drive sales
Maximising sales and revenue opportunities
Communicating with team on higher level matters
Take part in monthly meetings and sales reviews to improve overall services and efficiency of the business
Delivering an outstanding customer experience across all channels in line with brand values
Always be an ambassador for the brand and uphold the company values.
In order to apply for this role, you will need the following:
Excellent English communication skills
Additional language Italian, Spanish German or French.
Familiar with call and online customer service procedures and social media platforms
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel and CRM systems
Experience leading a team
Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work out of hours when necessary, with a hands on approach
High attention to detail, organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
Keen interest in luxury
Experience within a busy call centre environment
