The Package:
Up to £60,000 per annum basic salary

The Job Role:
Head Chef to oversee catering for staff dining & hospitality for approx. 250 per day
Responsible for recruiting, supporting, training and people development.
Head Chef to manage the kitchen & a team of 6+
Growing and developing the team, driving an elevatedfood offering.
Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues
Confidently and positively adapting to the business needs as it grows
The Requirements:
A Head Chef who comes from a high-end B&I background, or has experience in fine dining & event catering
Experience in fine dining is desirable
Experience of working to set KPIs in a challenging environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan, monitor, and implement changes to support the goals of the business
