We are in search of a dedicated and experienced SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Norfolk. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and assisting teachers in the education of children with challenging behaviour, emotional and mental health difficulties.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEMH students.• A solid understanding of SEMH and effective behaviour management strategies.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals.• A commitment to supporting high-quality education for students with SEMH needs.
