Enterprise Account Executive

Role: Enterprise Account Executive - DACH

Location: Hybrid, London Office

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (Double OTE)

We represent a global worktech company that provides software solutions for workplaces, people, and assets that enable everyone to reach their full potential. Their people are at the heart of everything they do, spanning over 11 global offices with 1,000+ employees. They are dedicated to making workplaces and assets work harder for people everywhere, giving them the opportunity to thrive.

Role Overview:

They are scaling in EMEA currently, and now hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who will focus on net new logo's and expansion of an existing portfolio across the DACH territory. They are expanding in DACH with great traction and building a team for all the right reasons. You will play a key part in the base central EMEA will expand from through prospecting, expanding their coverage in existing clients with new solutions, in turn you will develop and grow their client base by offering their workplace and asset suite.

Responsibilities:

To focus on net new Logo's acquisition whilst expanding our coverage in existing clients

Work closely with your Sales Development Representative and existing team including mid-market Account Executives, solution engineers to ensure success across the territory

Identify prospects, build pipeline, conduct effective consultative meetings with prospects to assess and understand their needs

Identify areas for growth in existing territory relationships and drive new growth

Sell to multiple levels of decision markers, C-level -1 ,-2

Communicate accurate pipeline and forecast effectively to senior leadership

Maintain Salesforce accordingly

Keep current with all product updates, pricing, and contract terms

Partner with Sales Development Team, Customer Success and other appropriate stakeholders within the business

About you:

Strong desire to win and succeed and be part of what is a special team of people

You have a humanised approach to selling with consistent and methodical outlook

You will have success selling SaaS solutions into medium and large enterprise environments,

Experience managing and closing enterprise level sales using solution selling and value selling techniques

Native German speaker (Essential)

Previous success and experience playing an integral part in the expansion of DACH region

Experience utilising sales methodology such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPIN, CHALLENGER

Experience selling to the C-Suite

Confident and proven negotiator with a high level of communication skills with a high attention to detail and a strategic mindset
