Day to Day of the role: Play a key role in the redevelopment of the school building, ensuring it meets independent school standards and provides an amazing learning environment.
Be accountable for all areas of operational and educational performance within the School, as well as its financial performance.
Manage the recruitment and building of your entire team.
Design and implement a brand-new curriculum aligned with our values.
Lead a team that strives to give every student the confidence and opportunities to achieve their full potential in a calm and nurturing environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status with further professional qualification in a relevant area.
Candidates with Headteacher qualification (such as NPQH) or a willingness to gain such a qualification preferred.
Experience as a senior leader within an SEN environment.
A clear understanding of Ofsted frameworks and Safeguarding legislation in relation to independent schools.
Quality assurance experience.
Team management experience.
Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
