We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Business Development Manager, with account management experience, to join this established meat business located in Oxfordshire.
You will also be responsible and accountable for the development of business within a designated portfolio of accounts as well as hunting new accounts.
Role / Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts - Acting as the primary interface between the company and relevant customers.
Make B2B calls targeting potential new customers to familiarise them with the company’s products and services and engage them to become regular customers - Developing new accounts and identifying opportunities for future development.
Provide first class customer service - Relationship building with key customer personnel, e.g. Business Owners/Managers, Buying / Procurement Teams, Retail Managers and Chefs.
