We are a IT Support company based in Wolverhampton looking to recruit a Junior IT Engineer to provide IT support and installation services such as laptops and PC installs, network installation, Microsoft 365 solutions and 1st and 2nd line support services. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills to communicate in person and remotely, analytical skills, technical skills and problem solving skills. This role will be partially onsite at customer premises.
