The Role
As a Ping Engineer , you will be supporting the strategic aim of IAM program by means of providing the project with Ping ID / IAM implementation engineering and making sure that IT solutions are delivered to a high standard of security. You will provide subject matter expertise across security and infrastructure domains in scope of the initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on technical Installation and configuration of Ping Access, Ping Federate and Ping Directory for the internal business.
Manage onboarding applications on the platform.
Provide documentation including build and configuration details.
Ensure quality of delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Validate and QA of the architectural components and building blocks that will be used to construct compliant, secure, and trustworthy security services.
Define the solution architecture of the project, translating business requirements into IT solutions – considering existing IT systems and complexities.
Work closely with external suppliers to ensure solution makes best use of technology and meets requirements.
Present project solutions effectively and clearly to senior stakeholders. Support project stakeholders in presenting solutions to the wider business.
Actively maintain relationships between other delivery projects, determine and manage the technical interlocks between other change projects across the organization.
Run project level governance and ensure that project artefacts are governed based on the relevant enterprise forums.
Your Profile
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Experience with strong technical understanding on IAM & Ping ID.
Knowledge of technical Installation and configuration of Ping Access, Ping Federate and Ping Directory.
Experience in Onboarding of applications on the platform, Strong troubleshooting skills in the Ping identity eco system, Ability to deploy using IAC.
Experience in deploying and configuring complex Ping IAM services in a regulatory, Strong knowledge of IAM platform and software Strong troubleshooting skills in the Ping identity eco system.
Understanding of associated disciplines of Security Policy and Governance.
Good general understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
Experienced in Architecture-level skills.
Experience of fast paced project delivery in an Agile working environment.
Previous experience deploying and configuring complex Ping IAM services in a regulatory environment.
