The Role:
As a SailPoint Developer , you will be primarily responsible for the configuration and customisation of SailPoint Identity Now, ensuring alignment with business requirements. You will design and implement the IAM technology strategy, methods and approaches and work with cross-functionals teams to implement it and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement our IAM technology strategy, methods, and approaches; working with others to implement and embed.
Configure and customise SailPoint Identity Now to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM processes, connectors, and integrations.
Work with project teams to understand IGA requirements and deliver enterprise-wide solutions to business needs.
Work closely with other members of the Engineering team to continually improve and develop their engineering knowledge and capabilities.
Work with product vendors to understand product capability, best practices, and solutions to tooling issues.
Work collaboratively with others to achieve shared success through regular, reliable, and high-quality change delivery.
Your Profile
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Experience in Engineering & architecting IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ.
Engineering background with knowledge and experience of Identity and Access Management principles and practices.
Experience in the installation and configuration of solutions using a wide range of IAM related technologies such as Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint, Ping Identity's Workforce 360 Product Suite, Databases, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, GCP and AWS.
Hands-on experience in scripting/programming languages, supporting operating systems and middleware with good understanding of DevOps methods.
Knowledge of IGA process implementation and testing for core functionalities including provisioning, JML, certification, role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement management, policy management, data access governance, cloud access governance and identity analytics.
Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills, with an enthusiasm for problem solving, solutioning, and idea sharing.
A proven ability to listen, coach, mentor and promote good principles internally to develop a world-class team.
A strong service focus with ability to support, maintain, and improve the IAM service for a better colleague experience.
Good to have:
Experience of fast paced project delivery in an Agile working environment.
