As a Helpdesk Administrator, you'll play a vital role, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination of maintenance works within their community. Your responsibilities will include:

Diary management for remote trades teams, scheduling appointments with tenants in accordance with schedule of rates

Maintaining accurate information to track work progress.

Building strong relationships with engineers and providing timely responses to inquiries.

Processing work orders to meet client expectations and internal processes.

Delivering exceptional customer service via phone calls and emails.

Fostering a collaborative environment through clear communication within the team.

Utilising problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.

What We're Looking For:

IT literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
