Together we are searching for an established Learning & Development Partner to add significant value to their essential delivery team.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to supplement the budding training function as Learning & Development Partner. A seasoned and accomplished trainer, with a strong background in children's social care and Learning & Development, is required for the role. As an experienced facilitator of L&D, you will deliver a wide range of agreed training to staff across the organisation, including inductions, refreshers, and further developmental courses. The courses will be delivered on topics such as medication administration, safeguarding, positive behaviour support, risk assessment, first aid, attachment theory, childhood development, trauma, CSE, and more. You will be working closely with the Divisional Lead and Learning & Development Partners to identify learning needs and develop a range of learning interventions across the group, from face-to-face workshops to distance learning.
