Now we’re on the hunt for an entrepreneurial, super-organised Account Manager to help shape the future of Client Services at Luna 9. We’ve got ambitious plans, and this is a chance to come in and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
This role will combine day-to-day client and project management with a strong business development focus, working with our Business Development Lead to get out and about to find opportunities that bring in new clients.
The person
A highly organised people person with a track record in account and project management
Experience in establishing and growing client relationships at a creative agency
A passion for meeting new people, finding leads, and turning them into clients
Motivated by working with amazing clients on projects with a real impact
A growth mentality – hungry to adapt, collaborate and show initiative
A passion to help people understand important, complicated topics
Self-motivated, and very comfortable working in a small team
Meticulous attention to detail
Comfortable taking the lead in meetings and workshops
You’ve honed your skills, and want to join a team where you can be heard and empowered to shape how things are done
You exude a positive mindset to your work and the client relationships you build
The role
Responsible for the day-to-day management, tracking and delivery of our projects
Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
Engaging in networking and representing Luna 9 at relevant events
Creating project plans that balance the needs of our clients and our delivery team
Developing client relationships and growing accounts
Brief and proposal writing
Preparing quotes, and managing budgets throughout a project
Manage internal and external creative resources
Leading client workshops to shape the direction of potential projects
Managing client expectations and controlling the scope of a project
Time and budget reporting, both internally and with clients
