My client is small but mighty Software house within the Healthcare and Pharma space who provide industry-leading bespoke products to UK based companies.
They are now looking for a driven and technically minded individual to take lead with Support and to provide training on the Software! If you are looking for a new challenge where you can learn all about new Technologies and Software's, please apply below.

Key Skills:
3+ years of successful IT/Technical experience
Microsoft stack experience/Application support experience
The ability to speak to Technical and Non-technical people
Proficient with Windows 10/11
Desirable Skills:
Scripting & Reporting
Interest in Coding
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to external users on mainstream and bespoke software
Support the implementation of the software for new clients
Provide online Training to clients on the systems and software (Full training will be provided for this)
Communicated with clients who are both technical and non-technical
Testing and troubleshooting technologies
Create new workflows via scripting
