The Role

As the Head of Design, you'll be the maestro conducting our symphony of design and functionality. Your leadership will not only shape the visual and interactive aspects of our products but also deeply influence the way our customers engage with our software. In this pivotal position, you will be the architect of our design strategy and the champion of our user-centricity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of talented UX and UI designers & writers. Foster a collaborative and creative environment where innovation and excellence are encouraged and rewarded.

• Develop and implement a cohesive UX/UI strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and product roadmap. Ensure that design solutions enhance user satisfaction and drive business value.

• Champion the importance of user-centered design principles across the organization. Advocate for the end-users and ensure their needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and

integrated approach to product development. Facilitate effective communication between teams to align objectives and strategies.

• Lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and engaging user interfaces. Ensure the delivery of high-

quality designs from concept to execution, incorporating the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design.

• Oversee product design life cycle, supporting the development of proposals, proposing plans, and determining experience strategy direction in collaboration with senior leadership.

• Develop and refine design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices and tools for design collaboration and prototyping.

We're looking for someone who must have:

• Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering innovative, high-quality B2B products

with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience and 5 years of team management experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and UI design for complex B2B software.

• Experience in managing and maintaining a design system capable to streamline UI components, ease the design-tech relationship and keep an eye on UX consistency.

• Deep understanding of design principles, user experience, user interface, and interaction design.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.

• Proficient in overseeing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
