As Senior HSE Advisor, your primary duties will include:
Ensuring our continued registration to ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
Carrying out planned internal HSE Audits to ensure compliance with the requirements of procedures and current legislative requirements.
Ensuring that all new personnel are given induction training and, where necessary, refresher training on the requirements of the HSE Integrated Management System (IMS).
Participating in the Emergency Response process as and when required and ensuring that any lessons learned are incorporated into the HSE IMS.
Preparing all necessary information for presentation during the planned HSE Management Review Meetings.
Ensuring that the Management are immediately notified of any HSE issues which cannot be readily resolved.
Undertaking Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis, developing Action Plans and ensuring compliance with these.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
NEBOSH/IOSH
CDM experience
Proven ability in Leading complex client projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
Excellent stakeholder Leadership skills.
Strong communicator and proven ability to deliver results across a complex group of internal, and external, stakeholders.
Proven experience in Oil and Gas Operations, projects, and turnarounds.
