The Team

Nephos Technologies works with Enterprise organisations to address the data challenges that are most important to them. To that end, we have developed client consultancy and managed services in critical areas to better manage, secure and deliver value from their data: data infrastructure, governance, management and privacy.

Nephos Technologies’ client engagements are in industries and organisations facing important transitions. The team mainly works with business unit heads such as Chief Data Officers and senior management teams. Client engagements range from initial data consultancy services which may be as short as a few months, but often evolve into multiyear, data managed service relationships as demonstrated through our 98% client retention rate.

The team combines consultancy & services led Enterprise sales and pre sales talent supported by an experienced executive leadership team to make an impact that has seen us recognised on the FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest growing companies.

Your Role

As an experienced Sales Professional, you employ a “business outcomes” lens and help clients identify their evolving data governance needs. You are responsible for identifying initial consultancy engagements with new clients and overseeing the development of the relationship by continually seeking new client challenges to overcome.

Required Experience

The successful candidate should demonstrate the desire needed to succeed in a customer first sales environment by the following:

Experiance of Enterprise “Land & Expand” Enterprise selling

Track record of winning new clients through consultancy and services led engagements

Track record of developing an industry focus based on continuous networking and relationship building with influencers and decision makers

Solid track record of selling at the Executive level based on business priorities and outcomes

Multi threading engagement across multiple personas to enable co-selling with the Nephos Executive Team

Patience and openness of non linear Enterprise bids

Identifying the people and processes involved to contract signature

Required Qualifications

A strong and demonstrated interest in consultancy led client engagements, especially in thinking through complex data related challenges

A base level of knowledge in Enterprise Selling, Business Strategy, Executive relationship management and Finance

Excellent academic credentials and professional sales training

Willingness and ability to learn independently
