Service Manager Role
As a Service Manager, you will manage a small supported living service for adults with learning disabilities.
Provide management support to the Registered Manager and conduct direct staff supervisions with the Assistant Manager.
Ensure staff schedules are flexible to meet the needs of the residents.
Be able to form professional, positive relationships with residents and support them to continue to live full and rewarding lives.
