My client, an innovative employer with exciting growth plans is seeking a Change Specialist to support them with a small number of change programmes from an HR perspective.
Based in the Portsmouth Head Office, this is initially a 3 month interim project with potential for extension.
As a Change Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational transformation and process improvement. Your role involves leading and managing specific projects aimed at reshaping business processes, challenging existing practices, and ensuring that benefits are clearly identified and realized. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
Responsibilities: Strategic Development:
Assist in the strategic development of corporate projects.
Lead and manage initiatives to improve and reshape business processes.
Develop and implement change management strategies.
Project Leadership:
Take ownership of specific projects related to process improvement.
Create business cases for proposed changes.
Ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines.
Business Process Improvement:
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for enhancement.
