PA/Project Coordinator for Leading AJ100 Practice

A leading AJ100 architecture practice is looking for a super-organised, creative and switched-on PA/Project Coordinator to support their project teams and Directors.
This well-known practice values creativity, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously in a friendly and fair working environment.
You will provide crucial support to project teams, maintaining seamless communication, and offering essential PA support to Directors.
Responsibilities include: -
Diary and email management for the Directors as well as travel and secretarial support
Organise and minute senior management meetings
Coordinating studio meetings and events
Use your InDesign skills to create reports and documents
Manage and coordinate drawing issue protocols
Maintain up-to-date project data and records including incoming drawings and reports
Organise project meetings and handle logistical aspects
Conduct research as needed by project teams, such as listing entries, building control record drawings, and technical information
Labelling and colouring sketches and drawings using Photoshop
Providing ad hoc bid coordination support
Key skills required: -
Experience in a similar PA/Project Coordinator role
Prior experience working within the built environment sector
Advanced InDesign and Photoshop skills with a strong creative eye
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
First-class organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Exceptional diary management experience
