Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for digital product delivery? One of my leading insurance clients is looking for someone like you to join their dynamic team. As part of their Tech department, you'll play a crucial role in driving our digital projects forward, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and exceed expectations.
Role Summary: As a Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in leading their digital product team towards success. From initial planning to final implementation, you'll guide projects through every stage, utilising Agile methodologies to keep things on track. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain project schedules and budgets will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute projects, defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks regularly.
Manage project change requests and scope changes.
Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external business leads.
Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements:
Mandatory knowledge and experience in Insurance (Company market and Lloyd’s).
Experience working at MGA and/or London Market Broker.
Proven experience in Agile and software development projects.
Strong technical skills in Project Management and Business Analysis.
Experience coordinating projects with multiple work streams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Negotiation skills with senior stakeholders, including C-Level Suite.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
Capacity to manage projects autonomously, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues effectively.
