We're on the lookout for a second seasoned Project Manage r to enhance our client's dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in leading a significant office renovation project, collaborating effectively with two key team members to ensure a seamless execution.
IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE AS A PROJECT MANAGER WITHIN A LARGE CORPORATE LEGAL FIRM, CORPORATE FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING FIRM, CORPORATE ACCOUNTING OR CORPORATE CONSULTING FIRM.
ALSO EXPERIENCE WITH REFURBISHMENTS OR OFFICE RELOCATIONS
Primary Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading the logistical aspects of a significant office renovation, ensuring operational continuity.
Collaborating closely with team members and various departments to guarantee project success.
Effective communication strategy development for office transitions to ensure staff experiences minimal operational disruption.
Oversight of project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Ensuring strict adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
Facilitating all necessary relocations and interactions with external partners.
Managing the project team effectively, from initiation through to completion.
Maintaining a detailed log of project tasks, risks, and issues, and providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
Regularly auditing service delivery standards to maintain high-quality output.
Overseeing third-party services and costs, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Proactively identifying and mitigating any project risks.
Reviewing and suggesting improvements to existing policies and managing space planning activities.
Candidate Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders.
A proven track record with at least five years in project management, preferably with experience in office renovations or related fields.
Knowledgeable in the use of project and space management tools.
A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
The flexibility to adapt to different leadership styles and the initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to workload management, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
