Our small but friendly Accountancy practice is looking for a full time member of staff, with duties to include book-keeping, payroll, admin and some reception work... Knowledge of Sage and Microsoft office is essential. Job share is a possibility for the right candidates.
This is a varied role and we are looking for someone with at least 2 years Sage Line 50 experience and also is competent in using excel spreadsheets to prepare manual accounts.
You will also be able to deal with clients over the telephone and face to face, be polite and courteous at all times, have a good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
The job will also include some admin duties, i.e. typing emails and other correspondence but mostly will constitute book-keeping.
