Description
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
Providing accurate and timely information to customers
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Working closely with the customer service team to meet service level agreements
Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and practices
Participating in training and development opportunities
Adhering to company policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
An educational background in a relevant field
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
The ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Offer
A yearly salary of £22,000, with an estimated range of £19,800 to £24,200
