Prompting investigations on the ownership of a vehicle
Maintaining effective diary management to reduce settlement time
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
Attention to detail is required
Strong customer service skills is essential
Strong ability to deal with customer complaints
Computer literate with excellent administration and processing skills
Relevant experience in a claims environment or within a similar role
