Our client is a market leading global events business with an reputation for excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity to sell high value, bespoke sponsorship opportunities to clients within their most successful division - Woman in Tech.
The successful candidate will have 2 years + b2b sponsorship sales experience or similar events experience.
You will be working with a number of existing clients but there will be a key emphasis to bring in new business too.
What you’ll do:
Source and identify new companies that could be as a leading sponsor and possibility exhibitor
Engage new companies by telephone and face to face to assess whether they are a good for the company International travel
Work within a team of senior sales people to hit and exceed revenue targets
Network with existing and prospective clients at events
Lots of face to face meetings What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years sales experience in a sponsorship sales
Ideally degree educated
Hard working and committed with an excellent phone work ethic
Pro-active, persuasive & confident
An ability to understand client’s needs and adopt a tailored approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills What our client can offer you:
