Identify and engage key stakeholders including HR and finance employees, management, and the wider group users.
Develop and implement a training program to equip employees with necessary skills to use the new system.
Act as the lead and deliver project meetings and own/action relevant change management related tasks.
Conduct a thorough assessment of how the new system will impact workflow, roles and processes.
Regular monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change initiatives.
Facilitate workshops to engage users in the change process.
Develop a post-implementation support plant to address any issues that may arise after the system goes live.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentations for all system changes.
Key skills and experience Significant experience as a Business Change Manager.
Track record of strong project management with a qualification in a project management.
Delivering successful change initiatives
Strong management and engagement skills along with excellent communication.
